I'll admit it, I'm a lazy artist. When I saw this week's topic was "jungle" I thought, "Oh man that is so much work doing foliage; maybe I'll just skip it this week."
But I persevered and came up with a solution involving no leaves! I hope you like it.

I love the retro feel of this piece! so fun!
Very creative solution!
yes, agreed. Creative solution. I didn't draw foliage either. But your illustration is alot more interesting than some of those WITH leaves!
This is a very fun take on the topic and I love the colours you have used - your pink elephant is very cute!
I had a similar thought, and avoided doing any leaves myself! I'm really glad you didn't skip it ~ what you came up with is delightful and fun. The pastel colors are great with the pink elephant model. I wonder, does the elephant get paid by the hour? It looks like a demanding gig! :-)
Great style!
This is fun! I'm glad you didn't do leaves; this is orginal and delightful. I like how you made the elephant out o simple shapes...and I love its pretty eyelashes!
