Well that was fun. I haven't done a "real" painting (many would argue that this is hardly a real painting!!!) in a long time. I'd forgotten how long it takes - it was nice and relaxing. I should do more just as stress relief.

Love! This is sooo pretty and so wonderful to contemplate! I want to be there in this painting! The stylized trees are fun, the caterpillar is cute, but the best is the awesome texture and speckling of the grass. Paint more stuff - this is great!
